theres no such thing as a set amount of weight that you have to be able to use before you hop into a shirt. anybody saying that doesnt understand the sport.
I agree with the last guy, on the shirt tech. with no shirt thing. 445 may be a bit excessive, but for sure get the raw bench up a lot before you use a shirt.
1.I dont get why u are working on bench shirt technique without a bench shirt?
2.Before using Bench shirt at all I will suggest you to bench raw at least 445 lbs
