If you're having problems learning shirt benching then try starting off in a less aggressive shirt or a size too big in the Rage X to learn in. Shirt benching is very hard to get the hang of, gm1000 is right though, you'll have to bring your elbows much farther in and bench low low low, hit your stomach, not your chest
You have to tuck your elbows a WHOLE LOT MORE!Use your elbows to make it touch not your hands and only roll your hands back maybe a inch or so from touching.Belly up to the bar more.The key with the rage x is elbow tuck Alot of it.Good luck.
