This is the third time I have done stones. Luckily it was around 60 degrees out compared to the 40 it's been. Tacky was actually holding up. I hit my new PR with the stones. This was 330.
This is my second week doing dumbbell snatches. I'm pretty happy with where I am. Someone knowledgable will see that I'm not dipping like I should. Like I said this is my second time doing this. I pretty much had it, if I would have dipped I would have nailed it. Brian told me to put this up anyway. Also in my defense we just did barbell jerks with 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x3 and 275x1. We took this from my camera phone, so the resolution isn't the greatest. Thanks.
This is just to show some friends what I mean by yoke walk. They usually think of eggs. This is not intended as a look at me...it's only 530 which is crap for strongman. I just started a month ago so cut me some slack. I did get 630 but, it is ugly and not about to uploaded.
